I had a quick look. The ingredients seem to be L-tyrosine, vitamin B3, vitamin B6, folic acid, zinc and iron. So basically an amino-acid and some vitamins. A waste of money as you can get cheap multi-vitamins in the shops for very little. I used to try many different supplements and vitamins and never really made a difference. Generally most are a waste of money and given the swallowing difficulties not worth it as these supplements become just another pill that needs to be swallowed. The only thing that I ever found helpful from the chemist/shops was a very small amount painkiller and ibuprofen topical gel for my mum's very stiff and rigid arthritic arm.

I found a very small amount of ibuprofen or sometimes paracetamol for my mum was very good and I used ibuprofen topical gel when she eventually found swallowing tablets very difficult. Sadly the neck problem gets worse over time and I have seen various suggestions such as muscle relaxants or botox injections. Also when I massaged the neck it seemed to relieve some tension, so maybe get someone to massage your neck a bit and that may help a bit too. Good luck to you shasha.

What an idiotic answer. "Cheap multi vitamins" do not include all of these constituents in the correct doses. It's best to ignore people who don't know what they are talking about who have only "had a quick look". Suggesting ibuprofen instead is sheer stupidity.

hi mr smith I do not think you had to be so rude with your remarks to the lady who sent the last em we are all groping in the dark here what suits one may not suite another and lets face it we are all looking for the silver bullet that might help us along a bit but its up to the person involved if he or she tries what has been suggested peter jones queensland Australia psp sufferer
