Hi Mary - my dad had PSP for 10yrs -no problems with vomiting. I would start looking at other reasons not related to PSP.

I know I can have problems with the tablet sinemet but take motilium which is supposed to help with vomiting. dllera but I also know that I am very sensitive to 'chemicals'. When it happens I fell 'awful' for several days bit better at present took my little dog for a short walk yesterday!

Glad to hear you are feeling better. Sinemet can cause some issues -especially if it makes you dizzy. Have you just started sinemet or have you been on it awhile? If you aren't adjusting well - may need to change the dose - -my dad started with Sinemet early on and could not tolerate it (he's very sensitive as well) - but he was put back on it when he had progressed and seemed to do better on it when he was further along. . . .

dllera thanks again for your response. I have only been on it since I was diagnosed December last year. My neurologist wanted me to take 6 tabs a day but I could not tolerate it so motilium was introduced for me. Motilium helps a bit but it seems I am just so sensitve to chemicals. One thing that day our cleaner was here but because it was suddenly so hot 34C we did not got out as we usually do. I noticed the smell of the cleaning so maybe that set me off also I was perhaps too long at computer if that's possible?! I stopped using artificial sweetener yesterday in coffee & used raw sugar instead & that seems better for me too!
