My husband is 4 yrs diagnosed with PSP but I am starting to suspect CBD also.
Lately had been sweating profusely and complaining of left leg cramps. Does not make much sense when talking.
Dr did recently start a continuous release carbidopa leavadopa at night in addition to daytime meds.
Anyone else's love one experiencing this? He has really deteriorated in the last 6mos.
My husband used to sweat too, it would come on really suddenly and he would be soaked in a matter of a few minutes. That used happen well before he was diagnosed with PSP. Thinking of you it’s so tough.
Hi, I have CBD and have not noticed any increase in sweating and I make as much sense as I ever did when I speak! I do, however, experience leg cramps and myoclonus in my right foot.
I don't think that sweating, cramps or difficulty speaking are particular symptoms of CBD rather than PSP. There are lots of symptoms, including these, that overlap between the two. I'm afraid these are just some of the new symptoms that some people experience - but others don't. Unfortunately you just have to accept each new symptom as it appears and try to find a way to cope.
