Rifton tram lift for CBD

Does anyone have a rifton tram in the states they would donate or lend?

My dad has CBD & getting to the point where he needs a lift. Apparently Medicare doesn’t cover this kind of lift & would cost $7000 out of pocket. We are in Michigan.

There are other patient lifts available at much less cost. Amazon has a large selection.
