I found two webpages that describes the different stages of PSP. The first one is more medical in origin the second by care givers. As is noted no two people will display the same. Things may overlap.

Thank you. My husband has quite a few of these symptoms. Just going from day to day. He is already in care but it is not getting any easier. He is apparently forgetting things now like when he had his dinner an hour previously or had a shower in the morning. It is so sad!
This is so helpful, thank you.
Wish I had seen this while we were going through it. Thanks.
Thank you for this. Would appear my mother has reached stage 4...just wondering now how long this torture stage can and will continue...in my experience there is nothing “progressive” about this horrendous disease...my mother has been showing symptoms for at least 10 years now and it just feels like an on going form of “living torture”...
I think Larry is in stage 3. So hard to tell. The unknown is the only thing consistent with this disease.
Thank you so much Jeff 166, now I know roughly where John is at, definitely a stage3, with several symptoms from stage 4, so will gauge him in stage 4. This has really helped me mentally to handle, for a few days now he complains of pains in his arm, which worried me because not sure if psp or heart attack, because he can't talk specifically what the symptoms are. Again this blog has made me feel more comfortable to cope, bless you all 😍Jean
Larry has an undefined pan in his left arm as well.
Thanks Jeff, found the articles very interesting, especially the first one. Looks like W is in Advanced stage. xx
It gave me a better idea as to where Larry is as well.
