Shiatsu

Has anyone tried shiatsu for stiff muscles? Brian has just had a session and from what i can see his arm seems to a little bit more loose. Any views on this. Janexx

We have no experience of this but I'd be interested to know if the improvement you have seen, lasts. Are there more sessions booked?

Will let you know. Yes more sessions booked. Not sure if it was the treatment or something else but Brian was very relaxed and and happy. He had the carers in fits of laughter when they was putting him to bed. Janexx

Go for it!!!! Any improvement, no matter how small, is worth every penny.

Good for you...Brian. I believe any form of massage therapy is going to be good.

Any stimulation at all is going to be good. Keep it up and while brians at it, get you a massage too!
