But most importantly an ear to listen if you need to rant and rave and a virtaul shoulder to cry on and we all have got strong arms (virtual ) to help you up when you arel down and give you a hug.

Hi, welcome. Are you male or female? Your post reminded me of a song that always brought tears to my eyes, He Ain't Heavy, He's my Brother sung by Neil Diamond and The Hollies to name but a few.
The road is long, with many a winding turn
That leads us to who knows where.
But I'm strong, strong enough to carry him.
He ain't heavy, he's my brother.
So on we go, his welfare is my concern,
No burden is he to bear, we'll get there.
He would not encumber me.
He ain't heavy, he's my brother.

Welcome. You already have friends here!

I sadly lost my darling little brother 14 years ago and I used to sing that same song to myself!
We are all here to help you through this, speak to us whenever you feel the need, trust me it does help!
Love and big hugs.....Pat xx
