Even amongst all the horrible decisions and adversities that PSP sufferers and their carers are facing there is always time for a moments reflection. I hope this photo taken this morning can give you that too.

Reflection
Beautiful, Calm reflection. Our son and his family went back home today and suddenly, as the front door closed, it was quiet for the first time in 4 days. Colin soon went to sleep and I was able to think about the fun we had all had, playing games, playing instruments, reading stories and our grandsons ( 5 and nearly 8) snuggling under my duvet early in the morning. Colin laughed at things the boys did and said and they both gave him hugs. I felt very thankful that I still have him with me and thought of all those who sadly have lost their loved ones. Even though we are living under this cloud, there are still moments of sunshine to be savoured as we can see from your beautiful photo. Thank you for sharing it with us.
Thank you for the photo. As always, you are a ray of sunshine. This was the first Christmas we had without dad, granddad and hubby. It was spent here with me and what could have been a sad occasion was in fact very joyous and therapeutic. Live goes on it has to be lived. There will be happy and sad times, my children are there for me and a new grandchild will be born any day now. Hubby would have loved to be here now.
Maddy.
Wonderful way to start Monday morning. Thank you
Lovely photo, reminds me of my sailing decades. Is that Veronica in the foreground?
Christopher
Yes it is- she is enjoying the sunshine.
It's a lot better start to a Monday morning than mine. Had to scrap S off the bathroom floor, has decided washing is easier than showering, with the obvious consequences!!!!
Now those bruises that were four deep have got another layer! God, this PSP sucks!
Lots of love
Heady
Ps lovely picture Georgepa, sorry I couldn't appreciate it this morning.
Sorry Heady - behind the facade of calm its just the same with me - bowel accident then another just after I had got her cleaned up changed and dressed. You are right - it sucks .
HI GEORGEPA ==-- WHERE WAS THIS LOVELY PHOTO TAKEN?
AND HOW DO YOU GET IT ONTO THE SITE ?
It's small Town on the Exe Estuary called Topsham and this is an area called the Strand which runs along side the river which is tidal and the tide is in and it is nearly high water . As for photos I take them on my phone transfer them to iPhoto on my Mac computer and after you have written your post there is a bit which says you can add a photo . Usually I put the photo onto desktop so I can retrieve it easily . If you click on the bit where it says add image it takes you to where your images are stored and you simply click on choose and hey presto it appears .
