I don't know of any groups near me & don't know how to find out. This is the only group I have ever been on. I am in Dallas, Tx & sure there should be a PSP group here but I do I go about finding them?

Contact the "Cure PSP" organization. They are the USA organization for getting PSP in the press and for research for a cure or cause of PSP. Reach them at curepsp.org I believe.
