I highly recommend bi-mix shots. They are relatively pain free and last a long time. The wildest part is no loss of erection after orgasm. The stuff takes a couple of hours to weat off.
I too sometimes leak urine during masturbation if I play to long. I found I need to empty my bladder right before any sexual activity. I even push a bit to make sure I am empty.
