Haven't been on in a while. Had my last radiation by Cyberknife on March 31. Not much in the way of side effects except some painful ejaculations in the beginning. My husband of 30 years at age 57 and I, age 68 were both diagnosed the same week over a year ago. My score was a 7 and his a 6. I researched all options and was a good candidate for Cyberknife. Our urologist told my husband they would watch his this year. Unfortunately his last MRI and PSA score went up now to a seven. On July 1 we will see if he is a good candidate for Cyberknife when I go for my follow up with my oncologist, radiologist. Minor compared to what some of you are and have gone through. We have always had an amazing sex life and so far everything has remained the same, if not better. Wishing all of you the best. Be safe, stay healthy.

Do you still produce semen?

Yes. More intense when I come. Sometimes twice in one day. Been very lucky at age 69 next week.

I'm confused by your answer. What do you mean by "intense"? Do you mean there is more semen now than before? You understand I'm asking about quantity of semen, not orgasms.

Sorry, yes the same amount of semen.
