Lump on my nut

so, I had my annual physical with my regular Doc on Wednesday, I get one every year around my birthday, that's how I first found out about my PC, PSA started to rise and oh well, you get the picture....anyway during my exam he found a lump on my left nut, I had noticed it for awhile but kinda didn't think anything about it. He said that wanted me to have a ultrasound but he wasn't worried about it because ball cancer was a young man's disease and it was most likely a benign cyst. So, I went yesterday for the ultrasound and they tech was giving me the instructions on how to prepare, she said to get undressed, lay my penis on my stomach and cover it with a towel. I thought to myself, a couple of years ago I would have had no problem laying my dick on my stomach but now with the shrinkage, not so much....the results should be back today, I just thought that was funny and wanted to share

just got a email from Doc, he is sending the results from the ultrasound to my urologist to see what he thinks...the report says, both testicles appear normal, aw shucks, blushing .....but then goes on to say there is a complex lobulated structure lobulated with in the head of the epididymis measuring 2.1 cm......what the fuck does that mean, anyway they think its just a cyst

Most likely it is spermatocele. I had one at age of 49 and since it continued to grow to size of small lemon, bigger then both testicles together, I had surgically removed it..

Completely benign cyst within epididimus.
