Hi not sure if this is the right place to post this but was just wondering if anyone has taken this for enlarged prostate?

I’ve taken it for a few months and I’ve experienced a really wretching cough, possibly caused acid reflux.

anyone else experienced this?

Rob

I take about 700mg per day now. I’ve been using saw palmetto for over 20 years. Started with standard 320. I’ve seen research for up to 1 gram per day. Don’t have the link. Hope this helps
