Had a PSA result of 0.267 from clinic first visit!? ... Biochemical recurrence!!!??? Panic... Then Went to my normal lab with 4th Generation PSA Assay <0.006

You need a third one to resolve the ambiguity.

Not in my case. Roche 4th Generation Assay versus cheap Chinese ones. Every 6 months for last 3 years was <0.006

Use a good Assay: Roche, Abbot or Siemens latest Generation
