Ejaculate volume reduction after tp biopsy

My ejaculate is at a guess 50 to75% of what it was prior to my 2nd tp biopsy last November.Any comments would be appreciated thks.

Hi pd63, I can't say I noticed much difference after my TP last September, once I had cleared blood from the system. However ADT has had a much greater effect and with RT starting next week, I expect it to dry up almost completely! Is you Gleason still 7? Cheers, Mark

Still 3+4 but coming off AS to have SBRT appt with Christies oncologist next week
