Bathmate is a great shower use product for anyone wanting to employ a vacuum device - pre, during and post treatment for ADT, Radiation, and prostatectomies.

Can't recommend Vacurect pump enough. My surgeon told me about this pump and I used it methodically for 6 months coupled with Tadalafil after RP. I have no loss of size or function.

I wish what this video says was always true Darryl, but in my case it wasn't. I was mis-diagnosed over and over and had to force the issue to get help. I know I am an outlier, but this needs to be shared so others will know.

I lost my entire penis almost immediately after surgery and it even started shrinking while the catheter was in, I tried traction along with vacuum pumps more than recommended. It was extremely hard to get enough length to get the traction device to hold onto it.

I had nocturnal erections I woke up to before 4 months, but only 1.5 inches long. My "outie" was an "Innie." When I bent over or sit down, I was in pain because my penis couldn't pull in any further. I made such a scene at my urology office the surgeon sent me to an implant doctor. The look on his face at his exam was such that I knew I was above his paygrade. I was considering suicide.

I spent every minute I wasn't working or sleeping searching for a way to fix this. My local medical establishments were of no help. I retired early because I couldn't take it anymore. I suffered in utter silence because who tells those around them about something like this. Before I could get a "fix" the cancer returned requiring radiation. I have immense respect for Tall Allen, but even he didn't believe me until I told him what I was getting ready to do.

I had to go through 1 year of talking to shrinks to get the only surgery that could fix me. Everybody makes it sound like getting surgery for a transgender is easy. I had to fight for sex-reassignment surgery even though I had a medical reason for it and was in my sixties. I had to "come out" and be diagnosed as transgender to get therapists to sign off on it. This caused trouble with my family at that point and almost cost me my marriage as well as my children.

After my Zero Depth Vaginoplasty, one of the surgeons came out to the waiting room and told my wife they were surprised that I had functioned as well as I did. She said when they cut my penis away from the urethra, it snaped up inside me like a stretched-out rubber band. She said my urethra was already the length of a female and I was the only person they had ever performed this surgery on where they didn't "shorten" the urethra to fit the new anatomy.

I knew the moment I woke up my nightmare was finally over. YOUR URETHRA CAN BE TOOOO SHORT!

I am not recommending any type of treatment, and I'm not anti-RARP, but EVERYONE should spend a LOT of time checking out their surgeon before having RARP

I used Cialis and a vacuum device after my RALP, but at the 12 month mark after surgery, my penis started to shrink and curve upwards. I lost exactly one inch in length (measured erect), and 1/8 inch in girth. Post surgery up to 12 months, there was no change in size. My doctor had no explanation, and I do not feel any scar tissue. In my case, the vacuum pump and and Cialis did not work.
