That is pretty good. Anything below 0.10 is pretty good. But please provide more details

Diagnosed favourable intermediate gleason 3+4 last October, 24 core tp biopsy, 8 out of 24 cancer, low volume, opted for AS for now, will have repeat tp biopsy at 12 months, psa stayed at 4.2 since diagnosis, dre normal, no symptoms.Family history, dad being old school ignored his symptoms until emergency admission forced the issue couldn't piss basically had it removed and radiotherapy, lasted 15 yrs post op, died 2004 from advanced pc, brother diagnosed at 59 12 yrs ago, had 20 sessions ebrt and has been fine since.

In my case psa was 4.2 last Sept hadn't had one done for some years previous just completely forgot to have one.

Provided I'm checked regular I'll stick with AS til advised otherwise

Great. I am in similar situation. Few questions: what was the % of pattern 4 in 3+4? What is the size of your prostate?

I believe it was 5 %, volume 52 ml which us on the larger size but dont cause any issues I believe I'll need treatment one day but scared of long term side effects.Oncologist said SBRT 5 sessions is treatment at current status, no ADT needed.

Ain't having it removed due to incontinence issues

Excellent! 0.15 is average, so you get bonus points for anything lower than that.
