78 years old, on AS for about 10 years, Gleason 6, PSA went up from 2 to 5.4 two months ago and started to worry about metastasizing; my doc said we can do MRI and a new biopsy but only after I was expressing some anxiety; this presentation made me a bit more chill about continuing with AS and will schedule the MRI if PSA stays at current levels. Thanks for this!
My levels were within the Doc's examples for AS.
Conservative ones.....
