Oncotype and active surveillance

I am on AS (1 core 10% GL6 in mri guided biopsy). Oncotype score is 40, so in the middle :-( Thoughts. I am super confused now

GL6 isn't considered to be treatable cancer by most doctors these days. Rather than risk the side effects of any form of treatment I'd leave it alone and monitor over time. This is a very slow going cancer in most cases so you will most likely die from other causes before you will from PCa. Best to you on this journey.

Good advice kind sirs. I seem to be "frozen in time" and just waiting for hammer to drop. I should just enjoy and just be vigilant.
