organifi green juice safe?

Hi everyone, Happy New Year

Question on green juice if its safe to use. I have a friend who swears by it so I thought I’d give it a try. The question I have is one of the ingredients is Ashwagandha, I think I read somewhere awhile back that increases testosterone which I know isn’t a good idea. Any thoughts?
