Had SBRT Sept of 2020 and I’ve had no reduction either

After HDR brachytherapy, I was normal like you after two months Then I saw reductions 1-2 years after treatment but still not as much of a change as I had suspected. Now, four years later after my HDR brachy radiation, I have seen considerable reductions in the amount of flow and the thickness. Sometimes only a marginal amount of thin watery substance. Overall, I’m pleased to have that function at all. More importantly, my last two PSA tests were my first under 1: .7 and .4. Keep us posted and be prepared for bounces in your PSA—they are normal and desirable for a successful outcome.

Zero semen after HDR-BT for a stage t3b tumor, but still clear sperm ejaculate. I was having lower volume six months before treatment.
