I developed Peyronies not long after a six month Eligard shot. Standard-of-care Xiaflex injections did NOT work. I wrote a post several years ago describing what did work for me: iodoral 12.5 mg tablets (took only half tablets) + Acetyl L-Carnitine. Problem was gone in about two months. I did this just over a year after the xiaflex treatment failed. The tip on using an iodine supplement came from Patrick, a terrific contributor to this forum. He found it useful in treating a mild form of DuPuytrens. Knowing that xiaflex is used for both conditions I connected the dots and ordered the iodoral on Amazon.
