Try clomid and HCG to naturally increase testosterone.

Hello doc1947g.

I'm not the best guy to suggest treatments, but I can suggest other things worth trying.

When I was on Lupron my libido went to zero. I could look at my lovely wife or at any beautiful woman and see that she was beautiful, but it was as if I couldn't remember why that used to be significant to me. Then one day I thought - well, I can't get an erection or even care about one, but that's no reason why I should deprive my wife. We went to bed and I did the oral and manual things that I knew she liked. Not having had sex for weeks, she got very excited and reached a climax relatively quickly. Then a surprise occurred. I got excited too. I had an erection. We had intercourse in the old way and I even had an orgasm.

I was still in my late 50's then and now, being 75 myself, erections are no longer in the cards, but I can still bring my wife to a climax and I can still get excited and delighted by it.

Another thing I'll suggest is to search HealthUnlocked (you can use the search box in the upper right corner) for "hot flushes" or "hot flashes" and get suggestions for what people have done to reduce them.

Finally, in response to mood swings, I'll suggest that depression is natural for us but it can be significantly reduced by just taking a more active interest in life. Work on a hobby, read books, watch movies, listen to music, visit friends, and most especially - do things for others - family, friends, even total strangers. It can make you feel better about yourself and improve your mood.

Best of luck.

Alan
