I was diagnosed in 2004 and had 8 weeks of EBRT. My BCR recurrence happened in 2021 after 16 years. The recommendations are either salvage HD brachytherapy or salvage cryotherapy. Neither one sounds right for me.
I agree about the GU toxicities. Curious about what treatments you have considered?
