whole-gland SBRT and Medicare

Is whole-gland SBRT covered under Medicare A/B? (I live outside the USA and don't have the supplementsry insurance.)

If it is covered do you know the out of pocket costs?

Fortunately I don't need it yet but so far it seems like the one I prefer for when it comes that time.

Yes,SBRT is covered. The co-pay is 20% of whatever they charge.
