After reading everyone's comments, I think it's fair to say that there are a LOT of options out there. There are obviously many success stories of varying degrees, and also plenty of stories about something that did not work out so well for himself or someone else. Every person is different, and his situation is really his alone. After talking to a number of survivors, as well as my family, I'm going to go with the RP surgery - but I certainly will always live with the awareness of the potential negatives, now and down the road. Thanks everyone.

As long as you talk to specialists in other options, you have done due diligence and minimized your treatment regret. If you just talk to "civilians" you haven't done what you deserve. Good luck!

Well, sounds like you did your homework just keep in mind that Url’s and Oncl’s don’t always play nice with each other. They make a living off your decision.

Mine were informative and stepped out of the way for me to decide. Thought that to be really strange based upon the gravity of the decision. I basically decided based upon the ability to continue work. Slight modifications with my schedule and done!!

Then ADT kicked the living shit out of me and ended up out of work anyway.

Sooo, Gods Speed Beast on whatever path you chose as long as you kick its ass!!!!
