Thank you to everyone who attended the Prostate Cancer Patient Conference. I enjoyed meeting many people from our online community...apologies for not having much time to speak at length with everyone. Thanks to everyone who volunteered and a major thank you to an anonymous donor from our community, without whom the conference would not have occured to the quality that I hope we achieved. I am eager to hear what you all thought about the conference...please reply below.

Thank you MaleCare for a superlative conference on Saturday in Manhattan. Thank you for high quality speakers, programming and venue. The choice of all-female presenters was brilliant!!! I think that I and so many other patients and partners left there feeling supported, safer and sated with information.

ONE SINGLE GRIPE: No One is served by a female (partner or healer) saying of hot flushes "now you know how I feel/felt"! Not healing, not helpful, not even a little empathic.

Thank you Darryl! The conference was great, and we were able to confirm a lot of what options have been outlined for my husband. This came at the perfect time as we just got the news last week that my husband is now considered mCR, so the morning was particularly good for us. A weekend in NYC wasn’t bad either! Meet with the radiation oncologist tomorrow, like I said, this conference came at a great time for us.

Excellent conference. Very interesting and informing panels (all female), nice venue, good food, and camaraderie. I'm very glad I attended. Thanks!
