OK. A Phase One proves it works. This may be good news for those men who are low risk. Why would low risk men decide to accept the risks of RT is they are low risk is my question.

This is a phase 3 trial. But I agree, the landscape for treating low-risk disease has changed to favor AS.

Also, this suggests that perhaps a similar trial should be conducted for intermediate and/or higher risk patients.

Thanks for the additional information. I was misled by the "Phase 1" in the abstract.
