I assume you mean seeds (low dose rate brachytherapy). Acute (within the first couple of months) side effects include pain while peeing, frequency, urgency, incomplete emptying, loss of seminal fluid, blood in ejaculate, rectal urgency, bleeding from rectum, feeling of incomplete emptying (tenesmus). Late term side effects (6 monts to 2 years later) are much rarer and may include any of the above and erectile dysfunction. Most side effects are transient. Why do you ask?
