Age 70. Good health otherwise, but still leaking (2 -3 pads/day) since Prostatectomy Jan, 2016. Nothing going on sexually yet either. (Taking Cialis 5mg/day). Also, pain in left testicle since operation, not huge but bothersome. Happy to be cancer free so far.

Fairway.., please keep in mind if your incontinence continues or gets worse that there is a very reliable option that may be available for you. it's called an Artificial Urinary Sphincter (AUS) that basically works like a hose clamp around your urethra and is activated by an on/off button inserted into your scrotum. Sound awful? Not really. Simple surgery, overnight stay, and as soon as one is healed, NO MORE LEAKAGE. At age 76 I have had mine for 2 years and it is a blessing.
Have you tried Kegel exercises for the leakage? I started them 3 weeks before my RP, 3/2012, and then resumed them for a few weeks after the surgery. I had left testicle pain starting with the biopsy that lasted a while. Not a show stopper, just annoying. The pain did go away. I also had other issues after the RP that delayed my ED recovery. Muse worked but was painful, the pencil injection worked but I have essential tremors so giving myself an injection was a challenge. I now use the Bomed pump, a bit awkward but it works. Cancer free for 4.5 years, thank God.
Besides taking Ciales ate you Doing anything to stimulate yourself? If not you should.

Hello Fairway,
About the pain n the testicle. One possible cause is a hernia, or an incipient hernia, a weakness in tissue that is being pressured from above. If so, you would likely experience the pain while standing, maybe less while sitting, and probably not at all while lying down. If that's what's happening, I'd guess that it's totally unrelated to cancer, though maybe something in the treatment played a role. Wearing a jock strap / athletic supporter might help a lot. I'd get some good ones that give good support and wear one all the time except when going to bed - it isn't needed while lying down. It may relieve most of the pain and also, if the process hasn't progressed to a complete "rupture", may also enable some healing to occur.
On the other hand, it might be something completely different. I suggest that you ask your doctor about this. Either your urologist your general practitioner may have some ideas about how to diagnose and treat the problem.
Best of luck.
Alan
Yes, stimulating, not as much as others but as much as feels right.
