Glad that the Gleason was downgraded, usually we hear that the number is upgraded.  However, whether it is a 7 or 8 you will need to stay vigilant with follow up PSA tests until you die from something other than prostate cancer.

wclee do you have ED after this surgery and if so, what have you done about it? I tried all the ED treatments and nothing works.
