I used to use bands all the time for travel sickness and I was even given a pair in hospital once after a bad reaction to a general anaesthetic so they should definitely work for morning sickness. They only down side of getting white ones is that you either look like you've got bandages on your wrists, or sweatbands! I always got the grey ones!

Hi, I got my sea bands from Boots and i couldnt do with out them. I suffer really bad with morning sickness. Especially travel to and from work. Having to stop the car on the way to be sick wasnt the greatest experience! The sea bands are fantastic! I am still sick sometimes but not much at all. I wear mine all the time except when im a sleep. Hope they work for you. Good Luck x

I had terrible morning sickness tried ginger everything, sea sickness bands sipping water and nothing worked in the end I had to get signed off work. I'm back now and only being sick maybe 3 times a day I feel worse if I don't eat for a few hours or if I'm tired i think just get as much rest and water as possible is the only thing that helped me! Good luck! :)

I found sea bands completely useless, the only thing that worked for me was stemetil and ondansetron, which I was prescribed by a consultant because my useless GP knew nothing about severe pregnancy sickness and how to treat it safely.

How bad was ur sickness if u don't mind me asking? X

But they only prescribe medication off its really bad don't they? Yesterday i felt really rough all day but today haven't been too bad, and last sat i was really bad but got thru the wk ok, i just panic as when i was pregnant with my daughter i couldn't keep anything down till 4 pm but felt sick and was sick all day, them memories frighten me, i remember getting up every morning and wanting to cry cos i knew how i would feel, it was like ground hog day till about 5 months,i don't want to get it that bad again, nothing helped and gp didn't help! :-(

My last resort its the sea bands I'm hoping that they will help didn't know snout them when i had my daughter!
