Hi I was wondering if anyone could help I'm 10 weeks pregnant and today since I've got up everytime I stand up I feel like I'n going to faint my vision goes all blurry and I have to sit back down any ideas?

I had the same problem a bit further along in my pregnancy. It could be because now your placenta starts working, and that is a huge interference in your circulation. A friend of mine had it, too. However, I'd suggest you call your GP just to make sure.

Even I had the same thing when 20weeks pregnant. My Hemoglobin was low and was prescribed Iron supplements. After taking the supplements for 40days, it got right.

It is most likely your blood pressure is low. Pregnancy generally causes your blood pressure to drop below your bodies normal level. I would talk to your midwife or GP next time you see them. Your best bet is to get up slowly and wait a few moments before you try to go anywhere so if u do start to faint you don't injure yourself.
