More than likely the hormone relaxin affecting the muscles to your diaphragm. As long as it not constant I don't see anything being wrong
It's due to the effects of progesterone on the diaphragm - also the same reason as why you may be constipated or have heart burn in the first trimester - progesterone acts to inhibit smooth muscle contraction, causing havoc! It does resolve for a couple of glorious months before the third trimester pressure effects take over!
