Can anyone suggest something that works? So far I've made fresh lemon, ginger and Manuka honey drinks and gargled with salt water. No fever or excessive tiredness. I would like to avoid the doctors. Swallowing a bit sore too. Any tips? I'm 21 weeks but not sure if that has a bearing on anything.

I bought ginger wine in Holland&Barret and it helped me a lot with cold and sore throat. It's alcohol free and very strong, I used 1shot 3times a day after meal.
