I am finally 6 weeks tomorrow and can book in for an early scan to show the location after 2 mcs but I am worried as I have no bleeding I have pregnancy symptoms so feel things are progressing as they should unlike the other 2 times I'm obviously not worried about that but more about the intrusion what if I start bleeding due to them checking what if they find nothing or what if it is in the wrong location, I remember being proud of the fact I've had 3 other children with typical pregnancy symptoms and no complications although we tried for our last child for 3 years, then to go on and have 2 miscarriages with no symptoms and to find out I'm pregnant again I prayed for sickness sore boobs tiredness and now I have them I'm worried about it all going wrong by having the scan do I hold off or just get it over with? I really think after this one that will be it as it is such an emotional journey the not knowing but I am thankful to have a great loving supportive partner beside me through all of this

A scan won't make u miscarry I think u r perhaps worrying a bit much, which is very natural after mc. If it was me I wud hav the scan to put my mind at rest. Good luck x x

Hi completely understand I have had 2 mc and 1 ectopic after having my daughter, when I found I was preg this time I was so worried, I went for an early scan and they could'nt see anything I had to go back again and eventually they found him and a heart beat, i'm now 31 wks pregnant, so don't give up hope it can all be fine. I think it is perfectly normal to feel apprehensive when you have lost previously. I tried not to worry to much till I knew what was going on a the waiting was frustrating. Wishing you the best of luck. x

I was exactley the same after 2 miscarr%ages, I had my scan that showed a sac but nothing else because I was only 4/5 weeks, then went back 10 days later and they found a heartbeat and yolk sac, also blood tests were all normal. I never had symptoms with first 2, I honestly think having symptoms is a really good sign, so just take it all as a positive! Everything will be fine! Xx
