Four days late negative test cramping could I still be pregnant??

Hi there I'm 29 been ttc for 2 years I have pcos and hubby low sperm count with poor progression, periods were really up the creek but finally after 18 month they sorted themselves out and I was running 25 day cycle, last month was 27 very light and not normal! This month I'm on day 32 have had cramping for 3 days keep thinking I've come on and nothing. Tested yesterday and negative don't know what to do am so sick of all this
