Aw dont worry, this sounds perfectly normal. Try to eat little and often, it might have been something in your dinner that will make you more sick than other foods, i cant eat much bread as that makes me feel worse. The first few months are the worst as your body is making your placenta still, after about 12 weeks your placenta will take over and nourish your baby which means your hormone levels will drop and you may start to feel a bit better. Being sick wont hurt your baby, but if you cant keep anything at all down then see your midwife. As you need some food in you hope this helps.
Sounds familiar....don't worry! Just try not to eat too much in one go but eat often and don't rush around too soon after finishing your food. Also you'll start to work out the things that don't seem to sit that well with you - for about 17 weeks anything sweet however much I had felt like eating it or enjoyed it at the time would set me off being sick. I'm 26 weeks now and am still occasionally sick if I have larger meal, especially if its too late on in the day. Hope you're feeling better..
