Bleeding

I am 6 weeks pregnant, first pregnancy, last night I had abdominal pain and bleeding as if I had my period. It's almost stopped now but I am very worried it might mean the beginning of a miscarriage. Did it happen to anyone? And how did it go?

Hello, oh i'm sorry to hear this, i've heard that you can bleed in the first trimester and it doesn't always mean a miscarrige, it might just be your hormones, I would just make an appointment at the doctors and they can check if everything is alright, keep us updated, keep strong.

The bleed can sometimes mean a implantation, and is quiet common around ur stage of the pregnancy... Fingers crossed that everything works out okay for you xx

I had a scan yesterday, there are no problems! I'll have another scan in two weeks as the sac is too small yet. Very happy : )
