8 weeks and 2 days twins , dark brown spotting, sickness gone , what's going on ????

Brown spotting is usually very harmless as is old blood....sickness can so ease at 8weeks as mine had and comes back every few days now instead of every day...as you are carrying twins and are worried, I would call my mw our dr and ask for their advice..if they are worried they might advise you to go to epu.
