being pregnant after having my appendix out having problems after and having endimetrois will it cause problems??

i have suffered from endimetrois for a few years, i had surgery to remove it last year, and was told it may cause me problems if i wanted to get pregnant. i found out on monday that i am pregnant!!! im shocked!! i also had my appendix out in jan of this year and had numerous of infections and abraisons after and was in and out of hospital. i c my gp tuesday who tried to reasure me and says i may be under consultant care due to the problems i have had, has anyone else had anything like this?? any help or advise will be appreciated please, im so worried

I have a good friend who suffered from a very acute version of endimitryosis and she went through pegnancy absolutely fine, so think positive. Xx
