I'm 4 weeks pregnant
Am I haivg a miscarriage
It is impossible to tell. Call your local EPU to have you checked. I had a large painful bleed at 5w and it turned out to be a large subchorionic haematoma, which resolved itself by 12 w scan. I was told to take it easy, no walks or standing up for over 20 minutes and also to stop the baby aspirin I was taking. Fingers crossed your baby is OK!
the only way to know is to speak to your GP to do blood tests I’m afraid. It’s too early for anything on a scan but bloods should show what your HCG levels are doing. Good luck
The only way to know is get seen by the EPU, you will need a referral from your GP. They will likely do blood tests 48 hours apart to check your HGC levels are doubling and a transvaginal scan. It's unlikely at this early stage they will see anything on a scan but the bloods should give them an idea of what's going on. There are lots of reasons for bleeding in early pregnancy that don't mean miscarriage. Call your GP today say your pregnant and bleeding and they will refer you to your local EPU.
