Worrying is totally natural even when you've not had the struggle you've had, I really wish you a happy healthy pregnancy.
I conceived naturally twice and went on to have two beautiful children. I was lucky enough not to have any symptoms in either of them. I never had morning sickness or nausea. My first pregnancy I went off coffee a tiny bit, but only for about a week. It was scary not having any symptoms but it really isn't an indicator that something is wrong.
Perhaps an early scan with your Early pregnancy unit or a private scan might be something to consider to check everything and give you some reassurance.
