Listeria worries

So I ate some cured/smoked salmon at a pub yesterday where they cure it themselves, never had any problems before eaten there loads of times. I’m 17 weeks pregnant and have had upset tummy tonight twice, so as you can imagine my brain is now in overdrive with worry!

Do you think it will be fine or need to speak to GP?

not sure what to do for the best

You could speak to them. Your body woulddl reject it and separate any badness or toxins so if it didn't agree with you then it should remove the toxins before it passes into your blood through the ambical cord and to the baby

give your midwife a wee message 🤗 it’s likely fine but they can beat advise if you should get a GP appointment. Plenty of water in the mean time xxx
