Hi, during pregnancy I increased from 75mg to 150mg. Continued to monitor through pregnancy but remained at correct level. Once delivered was told to return to pre pregnancy dose of 75mg and I was a little worried that this was a big drop but bloods since have shown correct levels. All worked out fine for me and no issues. At my midwife booking appointment I was referred to obstetrician who monitored me due to under active thyroid. X

I had my dose upped after a little effort. But then was referred to an Endocrinologist who requested and reviewed the blood results regularly until he was satisfied I am on right dose and can continue till end of pregnancy on it before discharging me from his clinic. It's very essential to keep the thyroids in level during pregnancy. btf-thyroid.org/thyroid-dis....

I am advised to go back to pre-pregnancy dose after delivery. Good luck xx
