If you've not missed an injection in September, then your fertility could have returned and if you're having unprotected sex then you could be pregnant.This test looks faulty to me because of the dye run on it, I would take a digital test that gives you your likely weeks of pregnancy, especially if you can't date your pregnancy by your periods, this might give you an idea of how many weeks pregnant you are if it is positive.
