What do i need to make a bottle when out and about please

Depending on how long your going out for, you can make the bottles up at home and take with you. After a couple hours you'd need to chuck it away but if you're only going for a short time out it should be fine.

If you're going out for longer, you can pack your sterilised bottles, a thermos of boiled water and dry formula and mix when you need it. You can also ask for boiling water in cafe, pub etc if you're out for coffee or a meal. Most places are pretty helpful.

Or you can buy the ready made formula and give it as it is or warm it up if you want. It's convenient but they're quite expensive compared to powder.

The main thing is to make sure the formula is mixed with very hot water as it's not sterile, it needs to have any bugs killed off and to not keep it too long because it will go off quite quickly.
