6 to 7 weeks late and negative test

Hi im 44 im in a new relationship over almost three mts now i had to come off the pill for tests to be done...ive had no period in 7 weeks since my last one ...i done a test last thurs was negative..in the last weem or so mh breasts are very tender,feel nausea after food ,going to toilet alot also and tired..ive had 5 misses yrs ago has this happened anyones else plz
