I'm after a little advice my little girl is nearly one but during labour i got rushed to theater for a forsep delivery where i suffered a 2nd degree tear postpartum 10days in my stitcuhes burst and in january after 7months they finally took me in to repair the gap but ever since the birth of my little girl me and my partner have struggled being interment due to the pain it causes me and its really starting to affect our relationship can anyone help with any advice please

sounds like you need to go to your gp to speak with them about it

1. See your GP and get a referral for pelvic physical therapy. It's criminal this is not more widely offered as standard to postpartum women.2. Are you breastfeeding? The lower levels of estrogen (I think) mean you don't produce as much natural lubrication and this can make sex more painful too (easily resolved with some lube)
