How can i check the date of my last period

i have forgotten the first and the last time of my last period who can i calculate it back again and meanwhile i am 18 weeks now

If you know you're 18 weeks pregnant,, do you need to know your period dates? Or count back 18 weeks and just use that date?

Even if you did count back 18 weeks it wouldn’t necessarily mean that’s when your period was. Depending on your cycle length and when you ovulated your last period date could vary by 2 to 3 weeks or even more. Maybe look through pictures and use your memory to see what you were doing around 18 weeks ago?

Counting back now might only give you a rough idea since your dating scan gave you your current due date and gestation. The estimates based on last period don’t take into account your own actual ovulation time so. But yes, essentially you can count back 18weeks.
